The Opportunity:
- Coordinate the end-to-end administration of all global leave requests.
- Ensure accurate communication and timely processing.
- Maintain strict adherence to internal policies and all applicable regulations.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide clear guidance to employees and managers on leave eligibility.
- Support employees throughout their leave experience.
- Maintain accurate and timely leave records in Workday HRIS.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- 3+ years of experience administering end-to-end employee leave programs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working in remote and international environments.
