Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Channel Account Manager to lead and grow our PAR POS and PixelPoint partner ecosystem. This role is pivotal in driving channel sales and partner success by managing key partner relationships, enabling sales growth, and ensuring operational excellence across our channel programs. You will serve as the primary liaison between PAR and our channel partners—delivering the tools, insights, and support they need to succeed while enhancing the customer experience. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong business acumen, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for building high-performing partner ecosystems. The Channel Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned channel partners, fostering long-term relationships based on trust and mutual success, and equip partners with the tools, training, and resources needed to effectively sell and support PAR solutions.
