Job Description
This position requires owning and managing the P&L, team, and strategic direction for a large and complex market or region, acting as the operational expert for the region and championing operational excellence. The role involves managing revenue and cost line items, conducting regular analysis, and implementing recommendations to grow and optimize the region. You will act as the face of Lime in the region, partner with the Government Relations team to develop policy and strategy and attract and develop top-tier operational talent while cultivating a high-performing culture. Spearheading safety initiatives for staff riders and vehicles is also a key responsibility.
