Job Description
The Customer Enablement & Training Specialist will design and execute a customer enablement framework that supports onboarding, drives feature engagement, and builds long-term proficiency. They will develop engaging programs and resources (e.g., toolkits, self-service guides, webinars, gamified recognitions) to help key user personas become confident and effective users of Actian’s Cloud products. This specialist will deliver high-impact training for enterprise customers and develop high-quality enablement materials. They will also collaborate with product teams to train internal delivery teams and continuously improve program quality and outcomes.
