Contract Sourcer

We're seeking an experienced Contract Sourcer to support our hiring initiatives from November 2025 through January 2026. You will source top-tier candidates across software engineering, marketing, and professional services roles. Build and manage talent pipelines using advanced search strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other sourcing channels. Craft compelling outreach messages that resonate with passive candidates and generate strong response rates. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics. Track and report on sourcing metrics, and maintain organized candidate records in our ATS.
