Job Description
The RVP, Enterprise Sales of the Southwest will be responsible for building and coaching Contentsquare’s Southwest sales team, driving revenue, and ensuring long-term success within the region. The ideal candidate has demonstrated success building, coaching, and developing over-achieving enterprise sales teams within a SaaS environment. He/she will provide motivational leadership to drive team engagement and promote a culture of strategic, solutions-focused selling.
Responsibilities include hiring, coaching and training a new business sales team to deliver regional new business targets and building pipeline, nurturing and closing deals. The role requires developing and implementing a sales strategy and process in the region in line with the company’s global sales strategy. Proactively deliver detailed and accurate sales forecasting to senior leadership.
