Job Description
Process and System Development:
• Build SOPs for all New Jersey PI operations.
• Develop standardized templates, pleadings, forms, and case workflows.
• Establish quality benchmarks and communication protocols. Case Handling and Legal Execution:
• Manage a reduced caseload of personal injury cases.
• Conduct client interviews, case evaluations, and discovery.
• Negotiate with insurance carriers to achieve optimal results. Leadership and Collaboration:
• Train, mentor, and guide local staff as the office grows.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the New Jersey office and firm leadership.
• Model excellence, accountability, and alignment with firm culture and values.
