Lead high-value commercial transactions including enterprise SaaS and strategic partnership agreements.
Serve as a trusted advisor to sales leadership on commercial strategy and risk.
Manage and mentor attorneys on the Americas legal team.

Qualifications:

JD or equivalent law degree with active bar membership.
10+ years of commercial legal experience in the SaaS industry.
Experience managing and developing attorneys.

Compensation & Culture:

OTE range $275,000-$325,000 plus RSUs.
