Accountabilities:
- You will manage and improve enterprise virtual desktop services ensuring high availability, security, and user satisfaction.
- You support global Citrix XenDesktop, XenApp, Azure, and DaaS environments across multiple regions.
- You drive automation, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- You have 5+ years of IT infrastructure experience with 3+ years in enterprise Citrix platforms.
- You possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Citrix StoreFront, DDC, PVS, and scripting with PowerShell.
- You have experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, and ITSM platforms like ServiceNow.
