Job Description
Strategically influence and develop the existing business of the assigned OTC customers in order to increase the value added for the customer and the sales for the OTC. Comprehensive advice is provided to customers regarding the first-time use of the OTC or the ongoing optimization of cloud usage. Active participation is done in the respective vertical squad of the Open Telekom Cloud. The employee will avoid churn through proactive analysis and management of OTC customers. The role supports the ongoing optimization and further development of the customer success management of the Open Telekom Cloud, ensures customer satisfaction, participates in the planning and forecasting processes, and transfers customer requirements to the OTC impediment and demand process.
