Strategically influence and develop the existing business of assigned OTC customers to increase value and sales. You will provide comprehensive advice to customers on cloud usage, proactively analyze and manage OTC customers to avoid churn, and support the ongoing optimization of customer success management. You will also ensure customer satisfaction and participate in planning and forecasting processes.
