Insurance Sales Agent

Your Role:

• Engage customers and guide them through insurance comparison and switching processes.
• Analyze customer insurance needs using a consultative and empathetic approach.
• Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities through coverage gaps.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience selling multiple insurance products.
• Active P&C or Personal Lines license in Florida and California a plus.
• Excellent phone communication and customer-first approach.
