This role will report to the Talent Acquisition lead. A full life cycle recruiter with expertise in sales and marketing recruiting is needed to lead the entire hiring process from intake to offer, including job intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination. A person in this role should build deep understanding of GTM functions (Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success) to craft targeted sourcing strategies and evaluate candidates’ domain fit. It is expected that you utilize AI recruiting platforms to identify, engage, and convert passive candidates by continuously optimizing messaging for response and quality. The candidate will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, interpreting business goals into talent acquisition plans, advising on market intelligence, compensation benchmarks, and interview best practices. The role entails building and maintaining robust talent pipelines for key roles; partner with Marketing to amplify Array’s value proposition through social media, events, and content.
