Customer Happiness Ambassador

AG1 is seeking a Customer Happiness Ambassador to join our world-class Customer Happiness team and deliver personalized support across customer interactions. The Customer Happiness Ambassador is entrusted to engage with AG1’s most loyal and high-value customers, while navigating campaigns, issue types, and touchpoints across all communication channels. This role involves resolving issues, building relationships, and embodying the AG1 brand voice. The Ambassador will deliver exceptional support to AG1 members across all communication channels, serving as a trusted partner by educating and guiding them, ensuring they extract maximum value from products and the brand experience. They will own complex escalations, leverage creativity, act as a liaison with internal stakeholders, gather customer insights, and meet performance metrics, balancing operational excellence with a human touch.
