Job Description
As a Senior Renewals Specialist you will work closely with UiPath commercial sales, BDRs and Channel teams to identify new scaling opportunities within the current customer portfolio while ensuring long-term retention.
You will partner with Account and Channel Managers teams to secure timely renewals and minimize churn, proactively address objections, highlight additional services or features. Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities as well as deploy tailored sales campaigns to expand product adoption.
Forecast revenue contributions and maintain a predictable pipeline. Build strong collaboration with Account Managers and other functions to ensure territory iARR and Retention Rate goals attainment. Responsible for prospecting & pipeline generation for existing customers in alignment with Account Executives. Liaison between multiple functions (DH, CS, SE, Finance, Legal).
