About the Role:
- The Customer Success Project Manager will report to the VP of Customer Success and lead new program integrations with health systems.
- They will define project scope, coordinate, and implement projects within budget and timeline.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships for successful outcomes.
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive implementation.
What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree and 6-10 years of program management experience.
- PMP certification and healthcare experience are a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
