Job Description
Generate pipeline for the DACH market and shape our SDR playbook as we scale. You will be the front line of our sales efforts, connecting with potential customers and qualifying opportunities that turn into revenue for the business. You’ll connect with prospects across industries and regions, helping them discover the value of n8n.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospects:
Conduct scheduled prospect meetings, effectively positioning n8n's value
Reach out to warm leads via email and social media to build rapport
Qualify leads over the phone and uncover potential for further discussions (currently 100% inbound with a high conversion rate)
Build pipeline with outbound efforts:
Collaborate with the team to create our first outbound campaigns to target strategic accounts
Research accounts and identify decision-makers and champions within organizations
Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor messaging that resonates with prospects
Administration & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities in the CRM
Track your outreach metrics to ensure progress toward quarterly targets
Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on prospect engagement
Collaboration with the sales team:
Work closely with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and the broader sales team to transition qualified leads
Develop strategies with Marketing to increase conversion rates from MQLs to SQLs
Learn from cross-functional teams to build product knowledge and sales expertise
