The Work:
- Own the Deltek application strategy and day-to-day leadership for I&CP.
- Set the application roadmap, governance, and operating model for Deltek.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, to translate business needs into prioritized enhancements.
Here's What You'll Need:
- Significant experience leading enterprise business applications.
- Strong Deltek domain experience supporting enterprise time/expense.
- Hands-on leadership in application delivery practices.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in professional services, infrastructure, construction.
- Experience establishing application governance, controls, and audit-ready processes.
- Proven track record of leading change management, training enablement, and adoption programs.
