Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Manage and resolve any scheduling conflicts or changes promptly. Prepare and extend written offer letters to selected candidates in collaboration with the Talent Partner, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed. Manage the onboarding workflow in ATS to gather necessary information prior to the new hireβs start date. Facilitate background check processes for all new hires, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Support the I-9 process for new hires, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Assist in the applicant screening process during peak season.
