Job Description
The Sales Development Representative role is responsible for driving qualified opportunities into the pipeline through consistent outbound activity and engagement. Each SDR is expected to complete a minimum of 70 activities per day, including a healthy mix of calls, emails, and social touches, with the goal of creating conversations that convert to meetings that will be handed off to an AE. Success is measured by achieving 100% of the monthly goal of 15 completed meetings, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities for the sales team. SDRs are also expected to maintain accurate documentation in CRM, follow established outreach cadences, and continuously refine their messaging based on market feedback to maximize results.
