Provider Growth Partner - Georgia Field

About the Role:

• This field-based sales role focuses on accelerating provider network expansion in the Georgia territory.
• You will meet directly with physicians and practice administrators to enroll them into the network.
• Success is measured by converting targeted practices into signed partnerships.

What You'll Do:

• Execute a market growth strategy to identify and recruit independent primary care practices.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline, maintain CRM, and achieve quarterly recruitment goals.
• Lead providers through the sales process by addressing objections and closing partnerships.

Who You Are:

• You have 7+ years of outside sales experience in healthcare technology or value-based care.
• You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and provider recruitment goals.
• You are a self-starter willing to travel 60-70% and thrive in a fast-paced field environment.
