Job Description

The Product Support Specialist will work directly with customers, addressing complex tickets and providing detailed workflow instructions. Projects will include synthesizing technical work from the Engineering Team to enable the Support Team and developing workflow automation. The ideal candidate has experience with complex products, curiosity, strong problem-solving skills, and a dedication to customer satisfaction. This is a remote role.
