Accountabilities:
- Lead site activation strategies and oversee start-up activities from feasibility through site initiation.
- Develop and manage critical path plans covering regulatory, operational, and activation milestones.
- Identify activation risks, implement mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in clinical research operations, including leadership of site activation activities.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, GCP guidelines, and clinical trial workflows.
