Bilingual Pediatric Registered Nurse

What You'll Do:

• Provide proactive care and triage for clinical issues as the primary point of contact for families.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate transitions of care and document interventions.

What You Bring:

• Licensed RN with BSN from an accredited university and 5+ years of pediatric experience.
• Bilingual Spanish required; experience with care coordination and complex care preferred.
• Passion for reimagining pediatric health care for children with special needs.
