What You'll Do:
- Accept incoming calls and perform protocol-based triage, routing clinical inquiries to providers.
- Prepare for patient visits by ensuring lab results and records are available; call patients to reduce no-shows.
- Initiate completion of forms and assist with reports and social service referrals.
What You Bring:
- High school education or equivalency and 2-4 years healthcare experience in outpatient clinics.
- Passion for reimagining pediatric care and supporting children with special health care needs.
- Spanish fluency preferred and ability to work CST hours with quarterly travel.

- Competitive hourly rate of $21-$24 per hour plus benefits package.
