Senior Director, Solutions & Professional Services

Build and lead a high-performing Solutions & Professional Services organization, including implementation, solution architecture, and project management functions. Define, optimize, and scale delivery methodologies that ensure predictable, high-quality enterprise implementations aligned to customer outcomes. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to influence roadmap, improve scoping accuracy, and ensure seamless handoffs across the customer lifecycle. Drive operational rigor through metrics, forecasting, resource planning, governance models, and continuous improvement initiatives. Establish clear frameworks for value realization, ensuring customers achieve measurable business impact and accelerated time-to-value post-implementation. Oversee complex, strategic customer engagements and serve as escalation point for enterprise programs and critical deployments. Innovate and expand service offerings, including packaged services, advisory programs, and repeatable delivery frameworks. Coach, mentor, and develop team members to support growth, retention, and a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
