Job Description
Support detailed site assessments, develop and implement integration plans, and ensure all B2B solutions meet federal security and compliance standards. Administer Microsoft 365 applications, Azure AD, SharePoint Online, Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, and related services, including user provisioning, permissions, and troubleshooting. Implement, monitor, and support cybersecurity measures, including development and maintenance of cyber documentation, incident support, and security event management to ensure security compliance and incident mitigation. Support custom application integrations and development efforts that enable agency-specific B2B functionality, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with federal and VA requirements.
