Primary Duties:

  • Provide project management and administrative support to Senior Directors and the Vice President.
  • Manage cross-functional projects to automate payment workflows.
  • Assist with data analysis and reporting to evaluate program performance.

Strategic Support:

  • Maintain project plans and prepare progress reports.
  • Create and maintain dashboards to communicate program status.
  • Develop executive-level presentations and reports.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or LEAN certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in manipulating data and presenting using Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, team-oriented, and distributed environment.
