Primary Duties:
- Provide project management and administrative support to Senior Directors and the Vice President.
- Manage cross-functional projects to automate payment workflows.
- Assist with data analysis and reporting to evaluate program performance.
Strategic Support:
- Maintain project plans and prepare progress reports.
- Create and maintain dashboards to communicate program status.
- Develop executive-level presentations and reports.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or LEAN certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in manipulating data and presenting using Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Experience working in a matrixed, team-oriented, and distributed environment.
