Primary Duties:
- Facilitate the withdrawal process through its life cycle, from submission to closure.
- Coordinate the processing of withdrawals across cross-functional teams (i.e., Field, Rostering, Operating Model, Con Ops, Legal, Integrations, and Practice Success).
- Complete ad hoc data requests from Leadership and compile into reports for use in presentations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce, Monday.com , Jira, and Tableau.
- Analyst-level ability with Google Sheets/Excel (i.e., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and IF statements).
- Proficient with Google Suite
