About the Role:

• We are looking for a Channel Account Manager to grow and support our channel partner ecosystem.
• This fully remote role involves managing a high-volume portfolio of small and mid-sized channel partners, VARs, and MSPs.

What You'll Do:

• You'll own the post-sales lifecycle for a portfolio of channel-sourced accounts, supporting onboarding, renewals, and expansion.
• You'll serve as the primary contact for end-user customers while coordinating with partners on commercial activities.
• You'll partner with the Partner Development Manager to align on renewal strategy and partner engagement.

What You'll Bring:

• 3+ years experience with channel partners, MSPs, or resellers in account management or channel sales.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage high-volume portfolios with competing demands.
• Proven collaboration across Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations.
