Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Full-Lifecycle Capture Efforts: Provide strategic leadership and full ownership of major capture initiatives, guiding pursuits from early capture through contract award.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in federal business development or capture management.
  • Proven track record of leading and winning single-award federal captures valued at $50M+.
  • In-depth knowledge of DHS and Federal Civilian markets and procurement processes.
