Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and scale the Federal business: own a strategic territory with accountability for pipeline, revenue, and account expansion; define growth strategy across civilian, defense, and intelligence verticals; identify whitespace opportunities and modernization programs.
  • Lead as a player/coach: personally drive strategic opportunities while mentoring and guiding other Federal sellers to develop account strategies, pipeline, and procurement navigation skills.
  • Drive complex enterprise and Federal sales cycles: build relationships with CIO, CISO, and procurement organizations; navigate GWACs, BPA vehicles, and GSA schedules; develop account plans aligning technical outcomes with mission priorities.

Required Experience:

  • 8+ years of enterprise technology sales in the U.S. Federal market with a proven track record of exceeding quota and closing complex deals.
  • Deep understanding of Federal buying motions, procurement processes, and contract vehicles, plus existing relationships across agencies, systems integrators, and channels.
  • Experience selling cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure, observability, SaaS, automation, or cloud solutions with strong executive presence.
