About the Role:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to federal clients, ensuring successful onboarding, implementation, and adoption of Dragos solutions.
  • Define success criteria with customers and help achieve measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned customer segments, maintain health metrics, and drive proactive engagement.
  • Identify commercial and technical risks to minimize churn and maximize expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed records in SFDC and develop success and at-risk account recovery plans.

Qualifications:

  • US Citizenship required; 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles in cybersecurity or SaaS.
  • Ability to define and track success metrics like NDR, GDR, and expansion velocity.
  • Willingness to travel 25% and ability to manage complex public sector relationships.
