Job Description
This role is responsible for driving on-time customer renewals, reviewing licensing/entitlements, sharing IBR reports to customers and providing support for customer concerns. Key responsibilities include managing and driving on-time maintenance renewals for existing accounts. The role also requires identifying and resolving customer issues, escalating as needed to appropriate teams, as well as maintaining regular, proactive communication during sales cycles with customers to ensure accurate forecasting and satisfaction. Accurately quoting services and providing supporting documentation is also a must.
Other requirements for the roles are updating all account/opportunity activities in Salesforce, delivering compelling sales presentations and leading customer meetings, navigating customer organizational structures to engage key stakeholders, and effectively managing workloads to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Candidates must be proficient in sales tracking systems and tools, including Salesforce.
