As a Team Lead, you'll oversee the Health Plans Product line and serve as a trusted partner to clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the main point of contact, aligning client goals with H1's capabilities.
  • Managing onboarding and ingestion of data through cross-functional partnerships.
  • Proactively identifying, managing, and escalating risks.

  • Conducting business reviews to track KPIs and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborating with product, engineering, and support to resolve issues.
  • Delivering executive-level summaries highlighting ROI and impact.
