Role overview:
- Own the merchandising strategy for Experiences, a hybrid biz ops and product ops role.
- Partner with Product and Engineering on ranking and personalization.
- Build the reporting layer to measure discoverability improvements.
A Typical Day:
- Define demand-side merchandising strategy: placement, sequencing, and logic for surfacing experiences.
- Push for dynamic, context-aware ranking and prioritize experiments.
- Serve as senior demand counterpart to Product and Engineering.
Your Expertise:
- 12+ years in business operations, product operations, or strategy.
- Strong analytical foundation and proven partnership with Product and Engineering.
- Able to navigate ambiguity and influence technical roadmaps.
How We'll Take Care of You:
- Base pay range $204,000 - $249,000 USD.
- Eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
- Remote eligible with occasional office work as agreed.
