- Develops Key Opinion Leaders for General, Thoracic, Colorectal and Bariatric procedures.
- Establishes regional case observation sites & Epicenters.
- Implements Consolidation Pathway Methodology.
Elevate Area Specialty Sales Proficiency:
- Provides feedback to enhance representatives’ ability to sell.
- Identifies area needs, coordinate and run knowledge programs.
- Develops future training pipeline.
