- Cultivate key opinion leaders to expand da Vinci's specialty procedure utilization.
- Establish regional case observation sites and epicenters.
- Execute all sales activities to support KOLs in improving their da Vinci surgeon proficiency.
Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Education, Training:
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex situations effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to influence peers.
- Excellent clinical sales skills and the ability to quickly build trust with a well-educated clientele.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Analyze trends in target specialty procedures, address them, identify challenges, and make appropriate proposals.
- Offer feedback to enhance sales skills
- Support new procedure launches using specialty sales resources.
