Recruiter

As a key member of Onebrief’s recruiting team, you will play a critical role in finding, engaging, and hiring top-tier engineering and product talent. You will partner with hiring managers, interviewers, and leadership to shape our hiring strategy, create an exceptional candidate experience, and help scale our company during a period of rapid growth. You will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for key product and engineering roles, including but not limited to software engineers, product managers, AI/ML engineers, infrastructure engineers, and other technical positions. You'll also collaborate with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to shape recruiting strategies and guide process improvements. Proactively source and engage candidates through a variety of sourcing techniques. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance, ensuring timely communication, feedback, and positive engagement. Use our ATS (Ashby) to track and analyze recruiting metrics to measure effectiveness.
