Product Support Specialist

We are seeking a remote Product Support Specialist to join our team in Morocco. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of SaaS customer service or call center experience and 3+ years of Technical Support experience. Experience with writing SQL queries and understanding complex data models is required. Responsibilities include analyzing API requests and responses, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills, multitasking, prioritizing issues, and collaborating effectively. Strong computer and troubleshooting skills are essential. Bilingualism (French/Italian) is a bonus, but not required.
