Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Auto Product Telematics organization including Product Design, Analytics, Program Delivery, and Product Owners.
- Define and execute the long-term telematics strategy to support growth, profitability, and customer experience objectives.
- Scale telematics capabilities across Personal Auto, Claims, Small Commercial, and emerging enterprise use cases.
Qualifications:
- Highly developed quantitative analysis and problem-solving skills with 10+ years of progressively responsible experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with proven ability to influence senior leaders.
- Experience in an analytically driven environment; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
