As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for Launches & Enablement, you will be responsible for the commercial success of our products. You will lead the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new products and features, and you will own the sales enablement program that equips our revenue teams to succeed. This role is critical to translating our product innovation into market momentum and revenue growth across all of our target segments.
You will own the go-to-market (GTM) launch process, creating and managing cross-functional plans to ensure successful, high-impact releases. You will develop clear and compelling product messaging and positioning for new features that resonate with target personas. You will create, manage, and deliver the sales enablement program, including onboarding materials, ongoing training, and the full suite of sales tools (pitch decks, product demos, case studies, etc.). Develop a specific enablement strategy and playbook to support our sales motion for multiple SKUs, helping sales drive upsell revenue. Partner with sales leadership to assess the ongoing needs of the revenue team, identifying and addressing knowledge or skill gaps. You will establish and track key metrics for launches and enablement programs to measure their effectiveness and business impact.
