Job Description
This pivotal role is responsible for defining, leading, and executing the company's worldwide channel sales strategy, driving significant revenue growth and market share expansion by cultivating a high-performing global network of channel partners. Reporting directly to the GM of Channel Sales, this leader will lead and empower a global team of Channel Sales Managers and Team Leaders, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive global channel sales strategy that aligns with overall corporate objectives, drives aggressive revenue targets, and expands market reach across all key regions. Additionally, this role involves leading, mentoring, and inspiring a distributed team of Channel Sales leaders and individual contributors, providing strategic guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to ensure individual and team success.
