IT Senior Business Analyst

The Renter Solutions department has an exciting opportunity for a Senior IT Business Analyst. The Renter Solutions department is responsible for the retention and maintenance of driver and loyalty profile information for EHI customers, and making this data securely available to other services, solutions, and third-party vendors. Renter Solutions applications are critical to the rental booking and fulfillment processes across our operations globally. As a Senior IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, interpreting, reviewing, validating, documenting, and maintaining business and functional requirements. You will evaluate business requests to determine feasibility, research and identify options, and recommend solutions that best serve business needs. You will also present information and track and respond to questions related to business standards, participate in acceptance testing, identify potential problems, and research opportunities to minimize complexity. You will serve as the primary interface between the user and the IT team, providing instruction and guidance to less senior team members on new tasks and assignments.
