Act as the regional lead for Revenue Operations in APAC, partnering directly with the GTM leader to drive strategic decision-making. Support deal desk operations for APAC, including reviewing discounts, advising on deal structure, and coordinating approvals. Deliver regional reporting and dashboards aligned with global performance frameworks. Provide regional training, onboarding, and process enablement in collaboration with global Enablement and RevOps teams. Collaborate with global RevOps on scalable processes, data consistency, and insights delivery.
Identify and communicate regional trends, risks, and opportunities to GTM and RevOps stakeholders, identify gaps and recommend and execute on strategies and programs to fill the gaps and drive the business to exceed revenue goals. Experience leveraging AI to deliver on sales operations tasks including process automation, analysis, planning, and policy creation.
