Patient Registration Specialist

About the Role:

• We are seeking a Patient Registration Specialist passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience in a dynamic telemedicine environment.
• You will be the welcoming voice of Form Health, guiding patients through the initial enrollment journey.

What You Will Do:

• Inbound Engagement & Enrollment Support: Act as primary point of contact for new patients via phone and email.
• Onboarding & Progress Management: Proactively support patients in completing initial enrollment tasks.
• High-Volume Registration & Setup by Phone: Efficiently register and onboard patients, collecting insurance details and setting up charts.

You’ll Be Successful Because You Have:

• At least two years of inbound phone experience in a healthcare or high-volume customer service setting.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a high volume of tasks independently.
• An empathetic and patient approach when working with diverse populations.
