Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive innovation, create product roadmaps, and prioritize features for the digital patient experience.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to plan for operational changes from new platform launches.
  • Partner with UX designers and engineers to deliver solutions that meet business and user needs.

Project Execution:

  • Manage projects from inception and discovery through to delivery and post-launch support.
  • Provide detailed requirements like PRDs and user stories, and prioritize backlogs with scrum teams.
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies and help define technical solutions with on-shore and off-shore teams.

Qualifications and Environment:

  • Requires 3-5+ years in consumer digital product management; healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Must be effective at building rapport and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Needs strong analytical skills to use data for decision-making in a fast-paced, agile environment.
