Strategic Leadership:
- Align data and research operations with company objectives.
- Coordinate data initiatives, managing dependencies across teams.
- Ensure clear communication and documentation is shared.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Lead initiatives between Research & Content, Engineering, Product, and Commercial teams.
- Drive change management across the data organization.
- Support internal alignment with resource allocation and SLAs.
Operational Excellence:
- Develop and implement operational strategies.
- Track KPI's
- Optimize leadership team effectiveness through strategic meeting design and agenda management.
