Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrate HR policies with employee experience initiatives and manage employee data via Notion and Gusto.
  • Steward recognition programs, manage staff gifting, and ensure culture pillars are expressed consistently.
  • Execute performance-driven gatherings, manage event logistics, and own full budget management for People Team events.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years in People Ops, HR execution, or employee engagement roles with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to design systems that balance structure with human-centered care.
  • Alignment with Overflow's mission of generosity and excellence; experience in high-growth environments is a plus.
