Job Description
This position is an exciting opportunity for an experienced security professional to lead and oversee multi-state armed security operations. The Regional Security Manager ensures the delivery of high-quality security services, compliance with regulations, and effective personnel management across multiple sites. This position combines operational leadership with hands-on management of security staff and equipment, requiring significant travel and adaptability. The role emphasizes strategic oversight, incident response, and operational excellence in a government contract environment.
You will oversee security operations and personnel across approximately 15 sites in multiple states, managing a team of around 30 licensed armed security guards and serving as the primary client contact, maintaining daily communication and delivering timely operational and incident reports. The role requires a minimum of seven (7) years of relevant security experience, including at least three (3) years managing large domestic security programs, with previous experience supporting U.S. Government contracts being highly desirable.
